Our involvement doesn’t end once you’ve taken the funding you need. For as long as you are using facilities recommended by us we will ensure you are able to continue to use them to your best advantage.

We achieve this by focusing on the following areas;

Data Flow – Many of the facilities are managed on IT links and it is imperative to ensure that the correct information is travelling through the IT system to make sure you are receiving your full availability from the funder. Errors in the data may have a dramatic effect on the money made available to you. There is little point in having the facility if you cannot use it to it’s fullest extent.

Education – Whilst facilities are client friendly inevitably there will be some level of administration to run the facility, we are happy to help you and your staff understand what you will need to do to manage the facility correctly and easily.

Funding Strategy – Businesses always change, plans change and as a result so will the demands you make on your finance company.

All too often businesses and their plans fail because the company assumes that the lender will follow the company plan. Sadly this isn’t always the case. Our role is to understand your strategy well in advance of implementation to ensure that you are housed with the correct funder and have the right finance and support behind you.

This has led us to help clients develop long term funding strategies which are multi phased to run alongside the company’s growth.

Lender Management – In simple terms we are available to help you talk, or talk for you, to the lender we have sourced should you need to overcome any future issues with them. Whilst we take great care to find the right facility for you we would be incredibly naive if we said nothing would ever happen to upset the balance of the relationship. Just look at the credit crunch! What we can promise is that we will not hide from our responsibility to make sure you are receiving the best support available, whether that be from us or through the lender.
